About Orchard View Builders

Orchard View Builders is the team effort of Anthony Evans, a builder/developer, and Peter Buongiorno, Master Builder. With a combined 50 years of experience Anthony and Peter wanted to provide a special service to their clients. Custom design/build at reasonable pricing so that the home may be matched to the clients lifestyle and budget. This in turn creates a community of diversity, since one home is not like the next. This strategy has been met with open arms for many of Orchard View’s clients Whether it be special needs or taste that drives the design, each client’s wishes are implemented into their specific plan, most times in front of there eyes through Orchard View’s design consultation process. This process couples today’s technology with the clients floor plan to provide a 3-dimensional view of their future home. Revealing every detail right down to interior paint colors, cabinetry and counter top finishes to exterior finishes.

Another priority of Anthony and Peter is quality of construction over quantity. Orchard View’s pride in providing a superior product shows from home to home and detail to detail. From foundation to finish, Orchard View Homes are under constant supervision. Peter and/or Tony are on-site daily making sure the quality standards are within their specifications, so you know that your home will be truly reliable for years to come.

Currently, Anthony and Peter are developing two subdivisions in the town of Walworth. The Estates, a neighborhood of single family homes with sidewalks, streetlight’s, walking trails and conservation areas, and The Cottages, a 55 and older community of patio homes with sidewalks, streetlight’s, walking trails, fishing pond with waterfall and meditation area with benches and flower gardens, tennis court, park with bandstand/gazebo. These neighborhoods are adjacent to one another so generations of families can live close to one another.

Orchard View also broken ground on a Tops plaza in Walworth adjacent to their current projects. This would provide shopping, restaurant and banking services to the area while maintaining a small village feel.
