The Custom Home Design Consultation is a unique service clients “wish list”, a compilation of amenities, budget and ideas that they are looking for in a home, we custom design their house. We put together a package of preliminary drawings for review and sometimes minor changes may need to be made.
If needed, our approved architects are able to further customize the home by moving walls, changing finishes and providing three dimensional walk through’s before any construction begins, giving the client a better understanding of how their home will look completed. This is done at additional fees through the architect depending on capabilities.
We also have a Design Center in our model home that make selections easy. From siding to kitchens, we have it covered. No more running around from vendor to vendor. Below are some examples of the design process.
